Due to an overwhelming response, registration for the 2017 Leadership Forum is now full! If you did not get a chance to register for this exciting two-day event but are still hoping to, please contact us to inquire about partial attendance options as we may have some spots available.
Cancellations received in writing prior to May 8th, 2017 will be refunded the full amount less a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 8th, 2017 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to find an alternate registrant to fill your spot. Changes to your registration name must be received in writing by May 8th, 2017. No refunds will be provided to registrants who do not attend the Leadership Forum without prior written notification of cancellation by May 8th, 2017.
