NAPHIA released its first State of the Industry (SOI) Report in 2012, which also incorporated data from 2009-2011. Each year since, participating NAPHIA members complete a comprehensive benchmarking survey, and the results are then aggregated and analyzed by Willis Towers Watson, before NAPHIA publishes the report. The public ‘Highlights’ version are shared on naphia.org, whereas the private version is only shared internally with eligible NAPHIA members.
