NAPHIA Engages MSP-AMC as New Association Management Partner

NAPHIA announced today that it has signed with MSP to become the organizations’ new Association Management partner. MSP assumes management of NAPHIA concurrently with the retirement of its longtime Executive Director, Kristen Lynch on August 1, 2025.

This exciting partnership marks a new chapter for NAPHIA as it continues to advance its mandate of promoting transparency, education, and industry growth in pet health insurance. MSP brings a wealth of experience in association management and a shared commitment to supporting NAPHIA’s strategic goals and long-term vision.

As NAPHIA’s new management partner, MSP will provide comprehensive association management services, including strategic planning, governance, membership engagement, communications, sponsorship sales, and event management. This collaboration is designed to enhance operational efficiency and amplify NAPHIA’s impact across the industry.
