Our board members are executives at the highest levels of their organizations, who have committed to working objectively and collaboratively to establish and maintain universal and professional standards for: customer service, business best practices, quality-of-health care options, emerging technologies, universal terminology, community-building, and ethical conduct in the pet health insurance industry.
